If our greyhound “decoupling” bill becomes law, dog tracks will be free to stop dog racing and still offer other, more lucrative activities at their facilities. Both greyhound advocates and track owners support this approach.  Greyhound injuries will decrease, and the number of dogs that endure lives of terrible confinement will drop.
