This wonderful event is hosted by the Humane Society of the United States in collaboration with the Iowa Federation of Humane Societies, the ASPCA and GREY2K USA.
The greyhounds have been given the second chance they deserve and all of our voices are needed to ensure success this year.
If you plan to attend the Greyhound Advocacy Seminar, or if you have any questions, please e-mail me at christine@grey2kusa.org.
In related news, a new poll released by our sister organization shows that voters support an end to dog racing by a margin of 67-23. Read our Executive Director's blog for more information and to read a story that appeared last week in the Des Moines Register.
Let's show the greyhounds how much we care. See you on the 15th!
Christine
