GREY2K USA: Jamaica Rejects Dog Racing!

Dear Friends:

Today we bring you great news! The Prime Minister of Jamaica, Bruce Golding, has written to inform us that greyhound racing will not be authorized in his country. Click here to read his letter.

Thanks to everyone who sent a letter or e-mail on behalf of the greyhounds!

A proposal to legalize the cruelty of dog racing in South Africa is still under consideration. We will be meeting with government officials later this month to voice our concerns. Stay tuned for further news as we have it.
