There is a party for the greyhounds at Flatbread Pizza in Somerville on Saturday night. Please join board member Jay Kirkus, myself and the entire GREY2K USA staff for dinner and a charity cocktail to benefit our work saving greyhounds. Let’s raise a toast to all the recent track closures across the world and support an end to dog racing everywhere! 

If you aren’t free to join us on Saturday night, please come on your own to support this August pizza fundraiser for the greyhounds!

On Thursday, August 24 at 7 pm, please join GREY2K USA President Christine Dorchak and greyhound Gina for a book signing at the Brookline Booksmith by New Jersey author, Laura Schenone. Laura has written a wonderful book about the campaign to end dog racing, featuring women around the world and focusing on the incredible work of Ireland’s own Marion Fitzgibbon. The Dogs of Avalon: The Race to Save Animals in Peril is a must-read for every greyhound advocate!​
